The way to ask about a diagnostic is the application form.

I read every application. If it looks like a fit, I reply within 24 hours. If it is not a fit, I say so.

Questions about an application you already sent, a privacy request, or these draft terms can go through that form. Say what the message is about so it isn’t read as a new application.
