Terms
Draft dated 23 October 2026. These are the working terms for fundingdx.com.
The site
fundingdx.com describes a Series A fundability diagnostic run by Mash Bonigala, plus a journal of his notes. Reading the site or the journal does not create a client relationship. Nothing here is an offer to invest, or legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
The diagnostic
The diagnostic is a two-week engagement. It includes a review of the materials you send, a 2-hour live session, a written report, and a 45-minute debrief. The report includes a DX Score from 0 to 1000 across seven dimensions. The diagnostic page is the description of what is included.
The diagnostic is the audit on its own. Deck design, investor introductions, and a weekly working session are not part of it. Those are part of Series A Deal Architecture, a separate package described on the pricing page.
Other packages
Structural Remediation is $7,500. It includes the diagnostic plus thesis work, an investment memorandum, slide logic, and a targeting list. Series A Deal Architecture is $15,000. It includes Structural Remediation plus a deck build, 5–10 targeted introductions where the company fits, and a weekly working session during the engagement. Scope and timing are on the pricing page. Booking one of these is a separate agreement from the diagnostic.
Price and payment
The diagnostic price is confirmed before you pay. It is not listed as a public price on the marketing pages. After an application is accepted, Mash sends an invoice. The FAQ states that payment is by card or ACH through Stripe, and that it is due before the session. Paying the invoice is what confirms the booking.
Refunds
The current stated practice, which counsel should confirm or replace: if Mash decides after the application that the diagnostic is not a fit, the payment is refunded. Once the diagnostic session has started, the fee is not refunded.
What the diagnostic does not promise
A raise is not guaranteed. Neither is a meeting, a valuation, or a term sheet. The report is an opinion based on the materials and the session. You decide what to do with it.
Your materials
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send: the deck, the numbers, and the answers in the session. The report relies on that. Please don’t send information you don’t have the right to share.
Confidentiality
Application details, materials, the session, and the report stay confidential. Mash does not share them with investors or other clients. The report is for you and your company. Please don’t publish it, or hand it to an investor, as if it were an endorsement.
The indicative tool
The tool at /tools/diagnostic is a short, indicative read. It is not the paid diagnostic, and the score it shows is not the written DX Score.
Using the site
Don’t misuse the forms, don’t try to disrupt the site, and don’t submit someone else’s personal information.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Mash is not liable for fundraising outcomes, lost opportunities, or decisions you make from the site or the report. A lawyer should set any cap, and any exclusions a court would not allow should be read out. This sentence is a placeholder, not a finished limitation clause.

Changes
Mash may update these terms by editing this page. Work you have already paid for follows the terms in place when you paid, plus anything you and Mash agree in writing. The privacy page covers application data and analytics.
