Remediation & Deal Architecture
Execution protocols for founders who require surgical intervention.
Prerequisite: The Audit
Both protocols below include the full Series A Diagnostic ($3,500).
We do not build untrusted assets. We audit first, then we rebuild.
Protocol A
Structural Remediation
The Audit identifies the risk. This protocol eliminates it.
The Scope
You receive the full Diagnostic ($3,500 value) plus a complete re-architecture of your business logic. I do not "edit" your deck. I rebuild your Investment Thesis from the ground up, converting "Product Logic" into "Asset Logic" so your materials survive the Investment Committee.
The Deliverables
The Series A Diagnostic
Full forensic report, scored analysis, and risk identification.
Thesis Architecture
I reconstruct your core argument to align with Venture Power Laws. We define exactly why this is a $1B+ outcome, not just a good business.
The Investment Memorandum
A prose-style master document (6-10 pages) that serves as the "Source of Truth" for your raise. It replaces the "Pitch Deck" as your primary thinking tool.
Slide Logic Reconstruction
I redesign the argument flow of your deck. You receive a slide-by-slide wireframe of the new narrative arc. (Note: Design is executed by your team; I engineer the logic).
Category & Moat Definition
Precise articulation of your "Category Physics" and "Right to Win" to block competitive dismissal.
Two "Red Team" Sessions
60-minute pressure-test sessions where I attack the new narrative to ensure it holds up against skeptic questions.
Targeting Strategy
A curated list of 50+ firms that match your specific Asset Class and Stage, not just your industry.
Calibration Policy: We iterate until the logic is Diligence Ready.
Protocol B
Series A Deal Architecture
End-to-end deal management and diligence defense.
The Scope
This is for founders who treat fundraising as a sophisticated B2B sales process. You receive everything in Structural Remediation ($7,500 value), plus full operational control of the raise. I act as your Interim Head of Capital Markets, managing the data room, the pipeline strategy, and the term sheet defense.
The Deliverables
Includes everything in Protocol A (Remediation), plus:
Diligence Vault (Data Room) Architecture
I structure your data room to control the diligence narrative. I review your models, cap table, and legal docs to remove "Red Flags" before investors see them.
The Master Deck (Full Build)
I oversee the complete creation of the deck, working directly with your designer to ensure the visual hierarchy matches the business logic.
Signal Amplification (Network Access)
Targeted introductions to 5-10 specific investors within my network if and only if the asset meets their thesis. (I trade on reputation, not volume).
Pipeline & CRM Strategy
A prioritized attack list of 100+ funds, sequenced to create FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) and leverage.
Mock Diligence (3 Sessions)
We simulate the full Partner Meeting. I grill you on metrics, cohorts, and defense until your answers are automatic.
Email & Outreach Signaling
Construction of high-signal outreach templates that respect investor time and maximize open rates.
Term Sheet Forensics
When offers arrive, I audit the terms. We identify "poison pills" (e.g., participating preferred, dirty term sheets) and structure the counter-offer.
Weekly War Room
Weekly strategy calls to adjust the pipeline, debug failed meetings, and optimize the closing process.
Select Your Protocol
Structural Remediation ($7,500)
For the Operator who owns the process.
You are confident running the meetings and managing the funnel, but you know your Asset Logic is flawed. You need a Surgeon to fix the heart of the pitch so you can go out and sell it.
Deal Architecture ($15,000)
For the Founder who needs a Partner.
You want a Shadow Co-Founder for the raise. You need someone to not only build the car but also navigate the road, identifying potholes (diligence traps) and shortcuts (warm signals) to close the round faster.
Secure Your Protocol
Start with the Audit. Upgrade to Remediation or Architecture based on the findings.
